Cotswold Tea imports an extensive range of the finest loose teas direct from tea estates around the world. These are packed and made available from our warehouse in the Cotswolds for direct purchase by hotels, restaurants, tearooms, shops and private individuals.

A direct relationship with growers
Cotswold Tea has built a close direct relationship with tea estates in India, Sri Lanka, China, South Africa, Indonesia, Vietnam and elsewhere. Only a small minority of our teas and our herbal teas are purchased through wholesalers. Our direct knowledge of particular plantations ensures we offer only the finest teas of each leaf variety.
Tea is like wine...
When you purchase tea from Cotswold Tea, think of it in the same way as buying wine from a vintner that deals direct with the finest estate vineyards. The analogy extends further, as tea is as complex and varied as wine, different tea leaves as varied as different grapes. Also, our customers tell us that our tea is as far away from supermarket tea as a Grand Cru wine is from supermarket plonk.
Recyling Policy
At Cotswold Tea we reuse cardboard boxes and packaging as often as possible so you may receive you tea in a reused box. Please feel free to reuse again or put it in your recyling bin if cardboard is collected in your area.
The new tea has now arrived by sea from India and we will be packing furiously for the next couple of weeks. Look out for the new first flush Nilgiri and new Sikkim.
